                                           AIMS AND PURPOSES

 

 

The Society of the Order of the Southern Cross, an honorary society for the preservation of Southern Heritage, is a charitable, educational, historical, and literary society.

 

The Society of the Order of the Southern Cross is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and historical purposes, including for such purposes , the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3)

of the United States Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding sections of any future federal tax code.

 

The Internal Revenue Service has granted The Society of the Order of the Southern Cross tax exempt status under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
